Cancellation:

You may cancel your items from your order at any time prior to dispatch. However if you go past the cut off time and we have dispatched it, you will need to follow the returns policy below.



Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the point of purchase to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For additional information or if you are uncertain about any of our policies please contact us.

We recommend you use a secure method to return your goods and retain your receipt in-case of non-delivery so you can contact your delivery provider. We regret that we will not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. If you paid extra to receive your item, this cost will not be reimbursed unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or exchange. Any items not returned to us may not be refunded or exchanged.



Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



Shipping
